Of course, it's not my project, but I think Jim Russell would want you to get the word out.
Sorry for not replying to your nice email a while back. Please feel free to pass the news of this project along to bloggers and other people with an interest in the region.
I think it's potentialy very important. Isolation is one of the defining characteristics of life around here and I think a core thing that gives the place it's time warp charm. But it's also, the region's major problem.
